What happens to the details you type into the booking form.
DRAFT. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is set to noindex until it has been. It describes what the website actually does, which is a starting point for a proper policy, not a substitute for one.
What this website collects
Only what you type into the booking request form. That is your name, phone number, an email address if you give one, your vehicle details, what you have told us is wrong with the car, and when you would like to come in.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics as delivered. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you click to load it.
What happens to it
A booking request is delivered to the workshop so somebody can ring you back. Your IP address is briefly used to limit how many requests one person can send in a short period, which is how the form is protected from automated abuse.
What is not done with it
It is not sold. It is not used for marketing lists unless you have separately asked to be on one.
Asking for your information
You can ask what the workshop holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Ring 0434 949 091.
