It is a factory unit, not a shopfront, so there is no big window to look for. Find 266 Osborne Avenue first, then Factory 9 within it. The complex has a number of units and more than one of them is a workshop, so check the number before you pull in.
Osborne Avenue sits between Westall Road and Springvale Road in Clayton South. Westall station is the nearest station on the Pakenham and Cranbourne lines.
