What are your opening hours?
Weekends we are open by booking only, at the same rates as any other day. The booking has to be confirmed before the day so we know to open, so ring or text ahead rather than turning up. For weekday hours, give us a call.
Can you do a Saturday or a Sunday?
Yes, by booking. Weekends run on confirmed jobs only and cost the same as a weekday. Ring or text 0434 949 091 the day before and we will tell you what we can fit in.
Do I need to book?
Ring first. The workshop runs on booked jobs, so a car that turns up unannounced waits behind the ones that were expected.
Will you quote before doing the work?
Yes. Nothing beyond the work you agreed to happens without a phone call first.
Will servicing here void my new car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law a manufacturer cannot void your warranty because an independent workshop did the servicing, provided the schedule is followed and the parts are of appropriate quality. There is a full explanation on our warranty page.
Do you stamp logbooks?
Yes, stamped and dated, with the work itemised on the invoice. Keep both together.
What do you charge?
No prices are published here, because a price given without seeing the car is a guess. Ring with your make, model and year and you will get a real number.
What makes of car do you work on?
Ring with your make and model. The thing worth checking early is whether a car needs manufacturer specific diagnostic access, because that decides it rather than the badge.
Do you do roadworthy inspections?
Yes. Ring or text 0434 949 091 to book one in and we will tell you what the inspection covers and how long to allow. There is a full page on it under services.
Can I wait while the car is done?
For some short jobs. Say so when you book and we will tell you whether it is realistic for the work involved.

What payment methods do you take?
Ask when you drop the car off, so there is nothing to work out at pick up.
